Divya’s Reset Kit is not an intense detox nor does it involve any extreme fasting. Rather, it is a gentle, easy, and delicious nutritional cleanse. It simplifies your meals so that your body can lighten up and reset while receiving nourishment at the same time.
All the meals are plant-based, nutritious, and easy to prepare. Supplemented with our special tea and broth blends, this program is designed to support detoxification.

On an average, each day includes 2200 calories. This calorie count does not include calories from cultured ghee / EVOO or any vegetables added to the kitcharis or soups, nor does it include optional side dishes consumed during the 3-Day Program.
Yes, if you are very busy or if you are concerned that 3 days might be too much for you, you can follow the schedule as a 3-week program, having 1 day of cleansing meals and 1 or 2 days of pre-cleanse per week.
The program is designed for adults 18 years or older and recommended for individuals in relatively good health. It is also very beneficial for couples planning to conceive a child. Consult with your doctor if you are diagnosed with any illness or if you’re taking any medications, as some of the ingredients could interact with the medications. Please avoid doing this program if you are:
Pregnant
Breastfeeding
Menstruating
Convalescing
Feeling weak
Constipated
Having a stressful schedule
Hopefully you will not experience any physical discomfort! However, everyone is different and has different reactions to foods. If you experience: light headaches, dizziness, fatigue, make sure that you’re hydrating well and that slow down in your daily life and rest more. It is normal if you experience the following positive “discomforts”:
Regular bowel movements
Peeing more than usual
Sweating more
These are the main functions of toxin elimination, so it’s a good thing to have more of them during the program.
If you experience a severe healing crisis–your body is not ready for it. Switch to once a week or once a month until your body is stronger.
If you learn that you’re pregnant.
If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products in the package.
This program gives a break to your digestive system to let it reset, to work better so that you can optimally absorb food’s nutrients and have more energy.
