Divya’s Reset Kit is not an intense detox nor does it involve any extreme fasting. Rather, it is a gentle, easy, and delicious nutritional cleanse. It simplifies your meals so that your body can lighten up and reset while receiving nourishment at the same time.

On an average, each day includes 2200 calories. This calorie count does not include calories from cultured ghee / EVOO or any vegetables added to the kitcharis or soups, nor does it include optional side dishes consumed during the 3-Day Program.
Yes, if you are very busy or if you are concerned that 3 days might be too much for you, you can follow the schedule as a 3-week program, having 1 day of cleansing meals and 1 or 2 days of pre-cleanse per week.
The program is designed for adults 18 years or older and recommended for individuals in relatively good health. It is also very beneficial for couples planning to conceive a child. Consult with your doctor if you are diagnosed with any illness or if you’re taking any medications, as some of the ingredients could interact with the medications.
