Cranberry Orange Digestive Tonic

A nourishing, gently spiced drink for Vata season

  • SHARE:

This nourishing, gently spiced drink is wonderful for fall and early winter, when Vata dosha can become easily aggravated by cold, dry, and windy weather. Its sweet and sour tastes enliven the senses, while warming spices kindle a gentle digestive fire. Cranberries are rich in vitamin C, fiber, and vitamin E—powerful antioxidants that help protect the body from free-radical damage and strengthen immunity. Traditionally, they are known to help discourage bacterial growth in the urinary tract.

This drink is simple, balancing, and delicious—perfect for everyday sipping or holiday gatherings.
