Holiday Digestive Tea

A simple seed tea to quickly and reliably bring digestive relief

  • SHARE:

This simple seed tea is one of the fastest, most reliable ways to bring relief when digestion feels slow or unsettled. Warming, aromatic, and gently stimulating, ajwain and fennel work together to awaken digestive strength, ease gas and bloating, and restore comfort—without feeling harsh or depleting.

When to drink this tea:

  • After heavy, rich, or festive meals
  • During or after airplane travel, when digestion often slows
  • When you feel bloated, gassy, or overly full
  • After eating late, irregularly, or under stress

Sip it warm and slowly, allowing the aroma and heat to do their work. Often, relief is felt within minutes.

When to skip or adjust: If you tend toward high Pitta or experience frequent acid reflux or heartburn, replace the ajwain with coriander seeds for a gentler, cooling version that still supports digestion.
