I really enjoyed this chutney and my husband loved it too. We had it on veggies, chicken and mixed it in rice. I can definitely see this on a nice summer salad. Really tasty.
It tasted good, it just didn't hold up in consistency beyond a few minutes after blending.
Enjoyed the taste and versatility. The texture and consistency was a bit runny and not smooth. Perhaps I did something wrong in the prep.
