I recently made Divya's coconut chutney, added a little bit of cilantro, mint, ginger, 1 deseeded thai chili and tadka, which came perfectly in use when my mother came and made lentil crepes. She could not stop raving about the chutney, and said (translating), "it has the taste of India that I could never find or make here, how did you make it." At that point, I could no longer take credit for this chutney and handed her an extra packet. I really do think this chutney is really nice but my mom having a taste of india in her mouth makes this a staple for me thats irreplaceable.
