Place 1 teaspoon of the tea mix, cover and steep for 20 minutes.
Strain, sweeten if desired, and sip warm.
For cold infusion:
Stir 1 teaspoon of the tea mix in 8 oz. (1 cup) of room temperature water.
Cover and steep for 2 to 4 hours.
Strain, sweeten if desired, and enjoy at room temperature or chilled.
Can be consumed daily. Most effective when enjoyed in the morning or between meals. Do not use if you’re experiencing chills or severe Vata aggravation.
