HOW TO USE

A sipping broth you can use for general health and balance, or take with you’re traveling to add more nutrients to your diet.

Shake well before use.
Boil 10 oz. water in a small saucepan. Reduce the heat to low, whisk in the broth mix, cover, and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Strain. Garnish with 2 teaspoons of fresh lime juice, a drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper, if desired. Adjust salt to taste. Enjoy warm.

Really easy and delicious meals

So far I have only had the balance Kitchari and the Spicy one, both were delicious and so easy to prepare. I loved having a fast and balanced meal for myself. I did also try to broth that was for liver, it was pretty bitter, but with a little olive oil, not bad.
