HOW TO USE
  1. In a medium pot, bring 2¼ cups of water to a boil. Add the packet contents plus 2 teaspoons of ghee or olive oil. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, until the millet and lentils are soft and creamy. (Optional: To add more pungency, add a small minced green chili.)
  2. Garnish with a drizzle of fresh lime or lemon juice and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs, such as cilantro, dill, parsley, or basil. Enjoy it hot!
