nourishing and calming

Have recently gone through a challenging period, and have used the split mung bean soup as a staple for this period. I add in green veggies for the last 10 minutes just to make it a more complete meal. Nourishing and calming both physically and psychically, and gentle on the digestive system.

Sometimes, ya just need it. Though the recipe to make your own is simple, sometimes you just need to not have to think about it At all. And know that Divya has put in the love, and kept the prana in it. And you can enjoy a lovely, comforting soup.
