Vata Bundle

-

With busy and fast-paced lifestyles, diets lacking freshly cooked foods, and electromagnetic frequencies all around us, everyone seems to experience some kind of Vata imbalance. This bundle is your go-to when you need to slow down and reset, or feel warm and comforted. The kitchari and soup will provide you with nourishing meals to pacify Vata’s dry and cold properties, helping you to feel warm and replenished. Digestive Tea will help your bile move and clear stagnation in your liver and gallbladder, and thus reduce the Vata-related indigestion symptoms of bloating, gas, and constipation. The Restorative Broth makes a comforting snack that also helps reduce pain due to inflammation.
